Beautiful ring but...

I bought my wife this ring as an anniversary gift. She loved it. Wore it a couple of a times and a diamond fell off. Ok not to worry took back to the store they sent it off to get repaired came back like 4 weeks later. Wore it twice this second time around and a diamond fell off AGAIN. Not worth the hassle of having repaired every time she wears it. It's been 4 months since I purchased so I don't think Macy's will be willing to do a return. We will see what kind of solution they offer.

Sadly Surprised

Bought as an upcoming anniversary token. Not at all what expected since most my goods from Macy's have been really good with great service. Sadly I returned this ring because of the excessive cloudy presence presented. Service rep suggested another in their showcase but it too was not to my satisfaction, not as cloudy as the first but still cloudy for the sale purchase price.
