Defective jewelry

I gave this ring to my girlfriend as a gift, and she only wore it once before one of the stones fell out. First, the ring arrived damaged, so they replaced it with a new one, but the second ring was also of poor quality. I can't believe this happened with a product from Macy's. I don't think I'll ever buy anything here again, and I don't recommend that you waste your money on low-quality items like I did. Go and buy your jewelry from a proper jewelry store. Now I feel really bad for my girlfriend for giving her a defective ring.

Beautiful Ring

This is a ring my husband bought me for christmas gift. It is a very beautiful ring. I received the 14k white gold ring, and my husband said I have ice on my finger! I love it! Thank you to my wonderful husband, and to Macy's for an amazing christmas gift. 😀

No blk or red ring boxes , so sad

I was disappointed that the ring came in a pouch instead of a red gift box I was hoping I don’t have to go to Macys and ask for two gift boxes to put the two rings I spent so much money I’m really disappointed
