Beautiful heart chain too thin

I got this in the white gold. The heart is beautiful. The diamonds are very sparkly and I love the different shapes. They're small but the total carat weight is only a half carat so small was expected. The problem is the chain. It's soooo very thin that I could barely handle it. It's as thin as a strand of hair. I could not get it fastened as the clasp and loop are too tiny. And my hands are very small. I can't imagine a person with larger hands trying to handle this chain. I ordered another chain that I hope will work with this beautiful heart but if not I'll return the necklace.

Bought this for the wife for Valentines Day. In the picture on the website, the stones look bright, white and clear. In reality, they look dingy, and it looks like the entire pendant is made of flakes of metal with no diamonds. She says she likes it, but I'm not sure she just doesn't want to hurt my feelings.

Knots in chain

Received the package with knits through out the chain. Will have to pay to have a jeweler to work them out. For the amount this should be happening.

Lovely Item

This is a very pretty item. The diamonds are very shiny and the details are great. You can see the cuts and the shapes very well. Not the biggest but the size is right. It look very well made. As everyone else said the chain is a joke thou but I think that is just like for nothing really. You’ll need to buy a another better quality chain to keep it safe. But it’s a lovely item.
