Defective jewelry

I gave this ring to my girlfriend as a gift, and she only wore it once before one of the stones fell out. First, the ring arrived damaged, so they replaced it with a new one, but the second ring was also of poor quality. I can't believe this happened with a product from Macy's. I don't think I'll ever buy anything here again, and I don't recommend that you waste your money on low-quality items like I did. Go and buy your jewelry from a proper jewelry store. Now I feel really bad for my girlfriend for giving her a defective ring.

A diamond fell out in less than a month

I bought this ring because the design is beautiful and it sparkles nicely, but unfortunately one of the diamonds fell out in less than a month. I took good care of it, didn’t use it for work or showering, and it still lost a stone way too quickly. Very disappointed with the quality for the price. I wouldn’t recommend it unless they improve the setting.
