Horrible experience _returned and no refund

I returned this bracelet immediately, all tags on in original box and condition. Got $5,200 back in gift cards. I want my PayPal account refunded, that’s how I paid. Not gift cards. Called customer service and spoke with a supervisor and was told they have no way to refund a PayPal account. This is ridiculous and bait and switch, fraud. Have a manager call and fix this. Refund my PayPal account. If you take the money from PayPal you can return it. Not give me gift cards. Very unhappy and now it’s been almost a month and need my credit.

Beautiful !

I had the same exact bracelet about 20 years ago after wearing it almost every day .. 13 years ago, it kept breaking around the diamond area. I kept getting it fixed. It kept breaking. The jeweler said it was just wear and tear on the bracelet then I finally lost it because it broke and I didn’t know it fell off my wrist so be careful with that But it is a beautiful bracelet and I did buy it again. I hope I’m not disappointed this time around and it’s made better.

Tag was already removed!

I love the ring. I tried it on in the store but they didn't have it in an 8 so the employee ordered it for me.I wear my rings on different fingers and most of Penny's rings are size 7 in their stores.My only problem was when I received it the price tag was already ripped off and just placed in the box! If it hadn't fit according to your return policy I couldn't have taken it back since the tag was already removed, plus that meant it had already been returned and was a used ring! Penny's wouldn't have believed that I didn't remove the tag if there had been something wrong with the supposedly "unused" ring. Needless to say how disappointed I was when I opened it and The TAG was removed!!

Not what it used to be

I had this bracelet back in 1991 and lost it. I purchased another one last month but I couldn't get the clasp open. I would never be able to get it off my wrist. The clasp is a lot large and cumbersome. It used to be easier. I took it back.
