I was leery of purchasing diamonds from a department store. I am surprisingly impressed with the size, quality and clarity of the diamonds in this ring... seriously! The ring itself is weighty and presents beautifully. I am beyond pleased with my purchase.

Worst Experience Ever

Took THREE attempts to purchase this ring from Macy's. *First* time was online, as my Fiancé was instructed it'd be easier to do/better sales than in the store. Upon placing his order, Macy's canceled it saying he didn't verify his information in the extra step text ( which he was never instructed during his purchasing that he was to be expecting any text) TOOK his money though, and took 2 weeks for him to get it refunded. When he called customer service that day, they told him to wait 24 hours to call back, start refund and he can re-do his order. So he called back 24 hours later and after giving all the information he needed, the customer serv rep told him she couldn't process his second attempt because the information she CONFIRMED he did verify, couldn't be verified. ( figure that one out) *Second* attempt was in store, they didn't have my size so instructed us to order one and have it mailed to us. Three days later-ring comes, its the WRONG size.. we're less than a month out for our wedding at this point and have appointments booked throughout this month. Some things we ended up needing to move around just so we can go back to Macy's to return the ring and get the correct size. So *third* attempt now, we go back to swap the ring for the correct size. We stand there for over 40 mins, now we can only do a return/refund/ re-purchase. Which they end up having a problem doing on their end, so they opt for putting our refund on multiple gift cards to do the repeat purchase for the right size ring. They again set it to be delivered to our home. It comes relatively quick, HOWEVER.. it came in a huge 13x8 box, inside the box is a giant envelope with the ring just thrown in there. No box, no bag, nothing secure. If I didn't love how much this ring paired with my engagement ring, and if we had more time till our wedding, we DEF. would have went somewhere else to find another option.

My husband purchase this ring as my gift for our 12 year anniversary at Macy's in Hamilton Mall NJ.. the sales rep was very much educated in diamonds and helped us select this perfect ring!! the diamonds are flawless with a brilliant shine!!
