Great pendant, even better service

I ordered this as a replacement, as my fiance accidentally lost hers, on cyber monday because she absolutely loved the size of it, statings its perfect and not too "busy". When it was supposed to be delivered over the weekend, it never was and I was waiting for monday to respond just in case the driver didnt actually deliver it on a Saturday. Already expecting the worse because I was using the Virtual Assistant. Turns out, in five minutes of chatting with the assistant they sent a replacement which arrived in 3 days! Really impressed with the service. The pendant itself is not too big but does shine and perfect for every day wear for a religious woman.

Silver Cross

The pendant is beautiful. The chain is good quality too. I haven't worn it yet, but looking forward to it. I think it will be beautiful on.

Surprisingly beautiful

The diamonds are very beautiful and the size is perfect. Not too big and not too small. The chain however was not sturdy so ended up buying a sterling silver replacement at Macy’s.

Late delivery

Extremely disappointed I had a delay on delivery. I am travelling tomorrow and will just receive the cross after I leave town. Cannot give a review about the item since I did not see it.
