Broken chain for mothers day

As soon as I placed the 14k chain on my mother the chain broke. It was her Mother’s Day gift.

The cross never arrived

This was never delivered!!! It was stolen enroute and didn't arrive. Someone was supposed to call me yesterday and no one has called me. VERY UPSET!! This was a gift.

Close unacceptable

The Chains were not of the quality that the crosses were. The clasps were very very tiny. The closure on the necklace were just simply unacceptable. Wish they had been better quality.
