No diamonds so not worth the price

Though this is very sparkly, I didn’t realize there weren’t diamonds. It was over $400, so because it’s only gold I will be returning it.

Item never received-Horrible customer service!

I paid for this item and never received it. Have spoken to customer service several times. Was told a replacement was being sent out. Never happened. The last time I spoke to customer service I was told I would be refunded for the item. Sure hope this happens, if not macy has stolen from a customer.

Diamond cut gold, no diamonds

Be warned that this bracelet has no diamonds. The name of the product was a little misleading and another reviewer mentioned sparkly diamonds but there are none. Just white gold cut into an optical illusion to look like diamonds. Will be returning.

8/10 I’m happy with the bracelet overall

I love it, however it’s a lot smaller/thinner than I imagined it to be just based off the photos provided by Macy’s, I wish they would have models wearing the jewelry so we could see a more accurate size BUT it sparkles beautifully + I got it on sale so it’s a steal! I think this would be great for a pre-teen/teenager (anyone really) but as a starter bracelet :) I added a photo below it still looks a lot bigger than it actually is I would say the diamond size is 2mm for more context on the size.
