Terrible

This was a Christmas gift for my mother and to pay the money I paid for these earrings for them to come delivered in a clear bag! Not a box to wrap to give as a gift!! Completely unacceptable and Macy’s customer service is trash on this situation. I had to buy a box for the earrings for my mother. I’m just glad my mother is happy with her gift no thanks to macys
