Clasp broke

Pretty but clasp broke, fell off twice no way this was a new piece seems refurbished to late to return currently just in a box sitting unused. Will try taking to a jeweler to fix

So sad!

This bracelet was absolutely stunning. I loved it and was so happy with it until the third time I wore it. First the lock didn’t work when putting it on ( no click) but I wasn’t worried because it still had a side latch. Later that day I found it in my car on the floor. The side lock no longer held it together. I was so disappointed. Please fix these flaws so I can repurchase. I had to send the first one back because it only lasted three days.
