Ordered twice! Still nothing.

I ordered a pair of earrings for my wife online from Macy's on 12/24/24. After about ten days and not receiving them, i canceled the order and ordered again. Here it is about 8 days after ordering a SECOND time and still have yet to receive them. I'm not sure who's at fault, but it's not helping me regardless.

Cheap quality

Cheap and awful. The bank was so thin and it was bent when I received it. So disappointed in the quality returned for a refund.
