she chose a necklace that’s first of all too small

I think I got talked into something I didn’t want she gave me two small and necklace in the earrings. I can’t wear my ears got infected. She didn’t show me different ones and she kept pushing the halo ones on me and put these big bags in and my ears got infected and nobody told me when she got the tags off. I couldn’t return them. I also had to go to MedExpress. I want to talk to the CEO of Macy’s. I’m a platinum member.
