Good size stones

I had been looking at this for a while comparing it to other diamond pendants Macy's carries. Love the design. True the chain is fragile so I bought a better one at Macy's. which is just sparkly and much stronger for a couple hundred $$'s. enhancing the diamond pendant. I bought it myself for me for a present and thanked my husband for it 'cause he gave me the money to buy what I wanted as a Christmas gift.

More beautiful in person!

I purchased the 14k gold necklace and the stud is not too large and not too big. The size is perfect! The necklace is beautiful and classy and not overstated. The sales price was nice! The sales associate Colin was very pleasant and professional! When I picked up my necklace, I noticed there was a small knot near the clasp and it was tangled. Colin replaced my purchase with a new one without hesitation! Now that's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Poor Quality & Frustrating Exchange Process

I was really excited about this necklace, but after just one day of wearing it, the center diamond fell out. Extremely poor quality for the price—even on sale. I went to Macy’s to try and exchange it, but they were unable to help directly and told me I’d have to go through a long process to request an exchange. It’s ridiculous how many hoops you have to jump through just to replace a clearly defective item. Very disappointed—would not recommend.
