Poor Customer service

I wanted to order this ring that was supposed to be on sale but they didn’t let me place the order even if the made a price error shouldn’t be acceptable for they to cancel people order

Gorgeous

My husband brought this for me for Christmas and I absolutely love it. The only thing I didn’t like when you purchase on line you don’t receive the Life time Warranty.. I had to take it back to the store and return it and repurchase it so I can receive the warranty on the same receipt I purchase it on. The only thing now is that my return is showing on the Macy’s app. But my repurchase is yet to show on line. Lucky for me I sent my receipt purchase to my email. Just in case they claim that can’t find my purchase. Because I’m big on Warranty’s. And receipts tend to fade. Other than that lady’s this ring is beautiful and it’s actually bigger in person.
