The Unknown

If i could give zero stars I would. My hubby purchased earrings as a Christmas present. It was never delivered. For such an expensive piece it was apparently delivered thru USPS and delivered inside mailbox. No delivery was made. Customer Service is horrible refuse to refund or replace and now my husband has to pay for an item he never received.

Great earrings

Great earrings, I purchased the yellow gold pair. I have a large head so they look great on me. If your head isn't large, I would recommend the 1 carat version.

Beautiful

Simply beautiful! You will not be disappointed in your purchase. I was so surprised at the size. The halo around the diamond made these awesome! Love them! By the way I purchased them for my granddaughter’s graduation present and almost kept them for myself!

Bad Business

I don’t appreciate that I paid for 14 karat earrings and the backs are 10 karat.Not a happy customer, I tried to call when I received the earrings and do to the pandemic there is no live customer service to file a complaint.I’m appalled that this is Macy’s representation of ordering online and not getting what was described in the offer
