  • No centered for more strength. Stem is welded to base. Stem bends when putting on posts. These are everyday earrings for me and should be better quality.

Lied about delivery dates then denied me a refund.

Absolutely horrible I will never buy anything from the store online again which is pretty sad to say seeing as I'm employed at this place, placed an order 3 to 4 days ago when I bought it online originally it said that I will get my package in 3 to 4 days I said that's okay I can wait that long it's been 3 to 4 days still not here I checked and they changed the delivery date for another week out. Then I speak to a live agent who cannot comprehend anything I was trying to tell them and told me I was not able to get a refund. Great way to lose customers and please get some new support team members for your it!
