Got something else in package

I purchased this ring and when i recieved box i got someothing else like nail art stickers in packet and now no body listening abt my complaint… i dont know what to do its not even my fault no where… its Macys we are buying we dont know shipper… So its Macys responsibility to take care of there customers … dont buy this from this seller
