Disappointed

Never received it. Contacted Macy’s many, many times. Received many promises that I would get it but never did. So I wish I could say it’s lovely but I haven’t actually seen the necklace. I’m guessing that I never will. It was to be a 15th birthday gift for my granddaughter. We are both very sad.

Christmas gift wrong item sent by Macy

I was very disappointed when I received the shipment opened the box up it was NOT what I ordered for my daughter. Macy sent me a chrap ring and not the item above. This was a Christmas Gift now had to go through the hassle to exchange it. I felt people need to pay attention to the details of the order and make sure they ship the item their customer ordered not something else.
