Cloudy diamonds

I’m a little bit disappointed. Diamonds are a little cloudy and a little yellowish. Horrible clasps!

Ordered diamonds and received mismatched pair

The earrings Macy's shipped did not match. They were part of 2 different sets. The diamonds were different sizes, the backs did not match at all. It looks like they searched for the worst quality diamonds they could find and made a set to ship out. Both diamonds were cloudy white, I thought they weren't even diamonds they looked solid white. I returned them in person. The fine jewelry department at Macy's Dallas Galleria was helpful. Nur tried to see where the diamonds were shipped from. She said this wasn't the standard quality. Nur helped me find a different set. She was helpful. She is the only reason I increased the score from 1 to 2. I feel that someone didn't like that I purchased 1ct tw diamonds on sale. When I went to Macy's in person the sale price was no longer valid. I did not get the same discount I received during the online sale. That was very disappointing.
