Wrong chain sent with pendant

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and the chain broke after one day. When she went in person with the receipt they offered an exchange. Due to a difference in price the manager needed to get involved. The manager then informed her the necklace was “sent with the wrong chain.” The manager in store gave us a new number to call and we are officially going through the run around.
