Not happy

The box is beat up soon as I open the box to make sure that item was OK. The red box inside the package was broken as soon as I opened the box to see if the earrings were OK. The tag was already off from the airing, and it was taped to the little red box and it legit said if this tag is broken from the earring, this will not be. So how am I supposed to return this? If Macy’s is sending me earrings with the tag off I am so disappointed definitely taking this to the store which is a waste of my time. That’s why I order online. I am very, very disappointed.
