Im still shocked I brought rubbish for diamonds

Hi Macy's, I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent jewelry purchase at your store. The earrings I bought were subpar - the stems bend easily and the overall quality was poor. I'm shocked as this is my first time shopping with Macy's jewelry. I'd like to discuss a resolution.
