way, way too small

I didn’t receive the earrings I ordered, instead I got round diamonds. Not happy about it, I may return, but don’t know just yet. The shipping was crazy, I had no idea when it was going to ship or arrive. I gave it one star because of diamond shape and because of shipping.

Charged and never received

0/5 stars. Macys never delivered this package, sent me an email that it would be delayed from the vendor on the same day they claim it was delivered. I never received this pair of earrings and was still charged. I requested a refund or reshipment of this item, but received an email saying I was not warranted a refund or replacement. Terrible customer service, no resolution, yet I’ve been billed and refused a refund or replacement for DIAMONDS I never got. Never shopping Macys again.

I purchased the marquee cut diamond earrings and realized they were to small, I had to return them.

Horrible

Did not like them at all. They were miniature and they weren't what I ordered. Too expensive for such tiny earrings. They looked like a tiny dot. When I went to take them back to the store to return them I was told that they weren't diamonds. It was so humiliating.
