I thought the reviews were subjective and not accurate but they were true - TERRIBLE clarity. Returning immediately.

Earrings

I ordered online and when I received them the clarity was horrible. I returned them to store for refund. I was very disappointed will not order jewelry from store again.

“Because You Bought Cheap Diamonds Online”

That’s what the sales person said to me when I went to return theese earrings due to the clarity and color being just above sand. She said “Of course they are bad because you bought cheap diamonds online”. Not only was it incredibly offensive but it angered me enough to just return the earrings completely rather exchange them for something else. I’m pretty certain I won’t be buying jewelry from Macy’s for a bit of time now.

Very Cloudy

The stones were very cloudy. Nice size stone. Clarity was a disappointment.

Buyer Beware: You get what you pay for!

Awful. When I opened the box, one of the earrings was loose. Both the stud and the diamond were not secured. Either the screw back or the post of the earring was stripped. Even worse was the quality of the stones. I'm surprised Macy's would even sell these, since I bought diamond earrings years ago and they were beautiful, clear, white and sparkly. I sent these earrings back immediately. Look at the description and the rating of the diamonds before you buy. These were cloudy and dark, no sparkle.
