weak clasp

beautiful bracelet but the clasp is weak and opens easily. Macy's fixed it once for me but obviously not good enough because now I lost it.. I'm so sad

Beautiful bracelet with a bad clasp

I love the diamonds and sparkle of this bracelet, but I have to agree with other reviews that the clasp is not secure! I've brought it back to Macy's twice to have it tightened and adjusted and I still do not feel comfortable wearing it without the fear of losing it. Find another beautiful bracelet with a better clasp.

Assistance with replacement

It is beautiful, My husband bought it for me 13 years ago. The clasp continued to open and I lost it. I had called at that time and they told me to call Headquarters when I was ready to replace. Please advise who I should contact.

weak clasp

The clasp doesn't stay closed and the bracelet falls off easily. Returning for another or just won't buy it at all.

Beautiful Bracelet

Bought the bracelet in person at the store. Diamonds are bright and sparkling. There is a safety lock but the bracelet's closure is hard to engage. Will bring back to store for possible repair if needed. Don't want to give this up as it is beautiful and the price was excellent.
