Hard to put on

This is a lovely bracelet. I had so much trouble operating the clasp that I returned it.

Beautiful bracelet. Disappointed that its plated. But still pretty. My order was duplicared and I charged for two. But only received one. Hopefully customer service wull keep their word and refund it to my Macy's account.

lost

My husband bought for me, just because. No reason. I loved the bracelet. It kept coming undone. The last time which was recently, came undone. I did not know it until it was too late. I lost it. So disappointed. I know I should have then taken it back, either get a new one or just return it. I did not so I am out of a bracelet!! I would recommend this to friend but only make sure the clasp is working properly.

Not what I expected-disappointed

Nice enough but pretty flimsy...... thought it would be heavier piece of jewelry for the price (original) glad I got it on sale (black Friday price).... would never pay full price for this flimsy piece.

Love the bracelet but quality is very poor

I purchased this beautiful bracelet in June. The second time I wore it, in October, the clasp broke completely off the bracelet. Since the return window had closed, I am now stuck with an unwearable piece of jewelry. I did a live customer service chat, and was told, return window is closed. No help available. I expect better quality and customer service from Macy's. Very disappointed.
