Not labeled platinum

I just purchased this ring and it is absolutely gorgeous. However it did not include a certificate of authenticity and there are no markings such as PLAT or PT inside the ring. Very fishy. Is this a scam? Why on earth would a platinum ring not be marked? How could you keep fine jewelry straight otherwise?

Beautiful

I had been watching this particular ring for a long time. I love the appearance of it and the sparkle. The diamonds and platinum are a beautiful combination. I purchased it a fabulous price. I wouldn’t pay full price but am delighted I got it as a treat for myself.
