Too fragile/breakable

The chain is so fragile it broke without even being worn. Macy's was nice about accepting a return.

So so so disappointed, bought this bracelet about 6 weeks ago, one of the strands broke, which really shouldn't have happened i hadn't worn it that many times and it didn't get caught on anything.. i reached it to Macys to have them fix it but they wouldnt since it was after 30 days...not like i had it for 5 years or wore it rock climbing, bracelet should not have broken and they really should have fixed it whic they wouldnt.
