Not Working watch receved.

Ordered on macys.com. It looks like the watch was previosly unpaked and it is not working. This is a brand new watch that was ordered on line. Does any one care to see if the item is in working condition prior shipping it out?

Defective out of the box

The watch was not working at all out of the box. It was not turning. Customer service just offered a refund without any other option after the watch was"out of stock". Horrible experience buying from Macy's.
