Never Delivered and No Help From Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. This watch was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but it was never delivered to me. The delivery company marked it as delivered, however it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted Macys immediately to report the issue and explained that the item was not delivered to my home. I even offered to provide a photo comparison of my front door versus the photo provided by the delivery company to prove the mistake. Macys declined to review or accept the photos and ultimately declined to help resolve the situation. This was meant to be a Christmas gift and the experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. Between the incorrect delivery and the lack of support from customer service, I am left without the item and without a solution. I would not recommend this product or the purchasing experience based on how this situation was handled.
