Runs big

I just purchased these boots..they are fabulous, however I have a narrow foot and wear a size 9..I ordered a 10 because I wear thick socks and they were way to big...returned and just received my voots in a 9.5...they fit perfect...and the boots are definitely an eye catcher...cant wait to wear them this week!!
