Valentine's Day no show!

I ordered this product on February 4 or 5 with a delivery date of 3 to 5 days so that it would be here in time for Valentine's Day. As of today (2/16/26) I have not received he product nor has the delivery date been updated. How do you think I like the product? I hope the product is what it is supposed to be, but I know the service is significantly below expectations!

Macys lack of customer service.

I have no idea what to say my package still has not been delivered. The whole process trying to purchase this perfume from you in store and on line has been awful. If I ever get my product I will be able to give you a fair review. The one star is for Macy lack of customer service both in store at the fragrance counter and online. House of Dior would be ashamed of the lack of knowledge and help they have representing their brand in store.

Love this fragrance!

Love Joy, I’ve used it for several years. No stale after morning, on you or your clothes. It’s a delightful, fresh, lovely smell, not too sweet as many others. I’m very sad they are discontinuing this!! Now I have to find something new and so far nothing is as nice as this!
