Versatile
I absolutely LOVE that this car seat can do all stages from birth to childhood. It saves having to constantly buy new seats and it looks amazing! The seat is super comfy and it’s so nice to have cup holders too. No more lugging the baby into the car in a heavy car seat. Definitely recommend!!!

Excellent value, comfort at all ages
The Safety1st EverSlim all-in-one car seat is a great competitor to some of the better-known brands. It's a similar style, with all the features you'd want--easy-clean seat cover, cup holders (two of them!), adjustable everything, strong base that prevents the car seat from rocking around like the cheaper brands and models out there. So this seat doesn't have the name of the brand name carseat, but it has truly everything else. And while I got this seat through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I know for a fact that it's sold in big-box stores. But it costs a fraction of the price. And that's helpful, given how expensive it is to have kids. As for the key feature of a convertible seat that grows with your kid, my son is 18 months old, and it's a great fit for him. We still do rear-facing, and the seat was very easy to install rear-facing. Once it was in, it felt secure. He gets a nice, comfy ride in it, and particularly loves the padding up at his head. It's nice to not see his head roll all over the place when he nods off on drives. Meanwhile we get the security of knowing he's safe. And also that if he throws up in his seat, we'll be able to pop the cover off and wash it easily, ha! (Spoken from experience...) As he gets older, I love that this seat converts to grow along with him, so we won't need to buy a half a dozen different seats. It will even serve as a backless booster, which gives us so many options. I see from the product information that this seat works up to 100 lbs, so that's truly YEARS of use. One place where the seat is *not* living up to its name for me is the "EverSlim" part. It's just not all that slim. Not that any convertible car seat is. But we have a tiny little Prius, and there is NO way we could get three of these in the backseat, for example. Good thing we don't have three kids. Otherwise, all good. Good pick for many years!
We tested this car seat out for multiple ages to see what we thought about each stage and option. As far as a convertible car seat, this was the slimmest seat we've ever had. We used this in a four door car, and it's always a struggle with two big car seats in the back. It still seemed big and a little difficult when using the rear facing option - but I would have liked this better in a larger vehicle where the doors opened wider and I had more room to maneuver kids in and out. We loved the one-handed booster conversion feature. My oldest just reached the right height/weight for the booster. She was so excited and not so patient waiting for me to make the change so this was awesome. Our last seat took me forever to switch or change a feature, so this was a breath of fresh air!! I wasn't a fan of the snack cup cover feature over one of the cup holders. A great idea, however, we found it was a hiding place for random things picked up at the park. It's easy to remove or put back on, so no big deal but it's nice to have the open cup to better monitor if they did eat their snack or if something questionable has made its way in there! Last comment, with the final booster seat in use, my daughter loves it and says it's really comfortable. However, again using it in a car, the back seats were contoured where the booster was too wide to sit just right. It's a bit of a pain to get buckled because the side just reaches over the buckle clips. Once it's buckled, it doesn't move or shift and seems to sit well but it's a bit of a pain every time we're getting in the car and need to adjust it to buckle. We take a friend to the park occasionally, where I need to put the booster seat in the middle so we can have 3 car seats/boosters to fit everyone. We had to switch to a different booster that wasn't so wide for those occasions so the buckles could all be used. In a larger vehicle it wouldn't be an issue. Yes.i woul like to buy it again
The first time i receive it .very suprire.it so beautifull.the colour is nice.it very strong.but i fell it so small.my baby 2 year old.seat on a little small, i see on the box say up to 40 pound but so small for my baby

I am so excited to use this for years to come
I was given this car set to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I love that it is narrow enough to fit several car seats in my second row! I have four kids and an SUV, and space is very limited. This car seat is aesthetically pleasing and extremely functional, and SO easy to clean, which is so needed in my current vehicle and season of life. I love that you can use it from an infant seat to a toddler/convertible seat, all the way to a backless booster seat (with one hand!). I look forward to using this car seat for years to come. Installation was a breeze and the cup holder and snack cup are so convenient with small children. My baby is 11 months old and we just transitioned him out of his infant seat into this convertible car seat, however my 3 year old is still rear faced so we tried it out with her as well! She was a huge fan. My favorite feature is the ease of use from infant to big kid and I'm so happy I found a seat that is narrow enough to fit in my car.

Great Slim, Versatile, and Affordable Seat!
We used this seat in forward facing harness mode for our 3 year old. It definitely has a slim profile and was easy to switch between modes! Be sure to read the manual, though, because I tried to adjust it without reading first and definitely made things harder on myself. The magnetic chest clip is super cool, however, it is harder for my 3 year old to unclip herself where she could unbuckle herself in her previous seat. I will also say that the straps get twisted much more often and easily than our other seats. My daughter loves the snack cup, and I love that it is easily removable and washable. She is very happy and comfortable in this seat, and I am so glad it will grow with her through high back and no back booster stages! We are definitely fans!
