Love it!!
I got this for my 4yr forward facing and my 2y rear facing. I'm in love with it. I only wish I could get the backless booster portion on its own for my 7yr old. It's very slim and so easy to install. The magnet chest clip is a dream! Makes my slowpoke 4yr old able to strap in so much quicker (yes I double check placements) I can reach back and unbuckle him easy which will be a huge help come school drop off line in a couple weeks!

Excellent value, comfort at all ages
The Safety1st EverSlim all-in-one car seat is a great competitor to some of the better-known brands. It's a similar style, with all the features you'd want--easy-clean seat cover, cup holders (two of them!), adjustable everything, strong base that prevents the car seat from rocking around like the cheaper brands and models out there. So this seat doesn't have the name of the brand name carseat, but it has truly everything else. And while I got this seat through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I know for a fact that it's sold in big-box stores. But it costs a fraction of the price. And that's helpful, given how expensive it is to have kids. As for the key feature of a convertible seat that grows with your kid, my son is 18 months old, and it's a great fit for him. We still do rear-facing, and the seat was very easy to install rear-facing. Once it was in, it felt secure. He gets a nice, comfy ride in it, and particularly loves the padding up at his head. It's nice to not see his head roll all over the place when he nods off on drives. Meanwhile we get the security of knowing he's safe. And also that if he throws up in his seat, we'll be able to pop the cover off and wash it easily, ha! (Spoken from experience...) As he gets older, I love that this seat converts to grow along with him, so we won't need to buy a half a dozen different seats. It will even serve as a backless booster, which gives us so many options. I see from the product information that this seat works up to 100 lbs, so that's truly YEARS of use. One place where the seat is *not* living up to its name for me is the "EverSlim" part. It's just not all that slim. Not that any convertible car seat is. But we have a tiny little Prius, and there is NO way we could get three of these in the backseat, for example. Good thing we don't have three kids. Otherwise, all good. Great car seat!
This car seat is amazing, it fits wonderfully in my BMD X4 for my 4 year old daughter. It is extremely sturdy, easy to clean (for me at least) and my daughter always look comfortable. There are really only 2 cons I've found after using this seat for a while- the straps do tend to twist somewhat easily if you aren't careful while buckling and the button to loosen the straps is kind of hard to get to. But overall, this is a great car seat, it fits snugly and securely in our car and was fairly easy to install. I received this product complimentary for writing my honest review.

Love this so much!
I received this carseat to test through the Stellar Testing Panel; thank you to them because I absolutely love it! I have a small car and it's been so hard to find a carseat that fits my toddler comfortably, but also allows my husband and I to recline the front seats back as far as we need (since we are tall!). This carseat definitely fits the bill for both front and back and side to side square footage. The carseat is able to recline more than other carseats we've tried, which is fantastic for toddler napping! This also helps prevent some of the dreaded (yet, safe when toddlers!) head slump. I do find that the amount of recline does affect how far back the upfront passenger can recline, however. I really appreciated the ease of set up and installation. The one handed conversion and how easy it is to change settings is great. My daughter finds the seat comfortable, but I do wish there was a little more cushioning. We haven't gone on any long trips yet and I wonder how she will feel in it after an hour of driving. My favorite features are the center clip and seatbelt release. With a squirmy toddler it can sometimes be a challenge to get the center clip fastened when she first gets in. This clip seems to be magnetic and just attached so easily before fastening! I love it! I do not doubt the safety of this carseat at all, and I am impressed (and surprised) by its features. I actually feel upset that I thought I had a good carseat before!

Great all in one car seat
I have received this product and so far I am really happy with it. My baby is currently 5 months old and he doesn't need too much neck support, so it works great for us, but I am not sure if the reclining level (5) would be ideal for a newborn. The other car seat that I have and used from day one is a lot more reclined than this one. Other than that I love that it's all in one and the quality seems to be very good so far. I had a little bit of a tough time installing but the instructions are very clear and helpful. For the price it sells, this car seat is definitely worth the purchase since it will grow with your kid.

Very comfy
This is very well made and durable. It is easy to put together and get moves to the car. It's very secure and safe. I love that this grows with your child and it keeps them comfy. The added drink holders are great from spills. I love the lock cover too.

Compact Seat for Littles
After trying the EverSlim All-in-One Convertible Car Seat, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of room we gained in the backseat of our car. This car seat is very compact and fit well in the backseat of our sedan. We travel with two car seats in the back and cannot comfortable fit a third person with our regular seats. The EverSlim allows us to fit someone between the two car seats much easier. My husband and I had a very hard time figuring out the install of the seat. We used the seat belt install and found that it was difficult to feed the belt through the seat. The latch install did not give us a tight enough fit, so we had to wrestle the seat belt through the seat to install it. We tried both a forward-facing setup for our 4 year old and a rear-facing install for our 2 year old. This seat works very well as a forward-facing seat and we prefer it to our current car seat. The rear install, however, is not our favorite. It does not seem to sit as flush as our other seats. It is also very cramped for our child, even at the farthest recline setting. We enjoy the removable cup holders, the ability to wash all of the seating components and the narrowness of the car seat itself. I would definitely recommend this seat for forward-facing children. We hope to use this seat in our future travel endeavors because it is lightweight and relatively easy to carry. Overall, I find this to be a good option for older toddlers and we will continue to use this seat for our 4 year old. I was given this car set to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Our favorite car seat
A big thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for introducing me to my favorite car seat! We have tried many brands throughout the years as we have 3 kids ages 6 months to 6 years. This Safety1st EverSlim All-In-One Convertible Car Seat is easily the best yet. The first thing that I'm excited about is the slim fit, and the ability to fit 3 seats safely across one row. The second game changer is how it grows with a child from infancy to school-age. I can easily adjust this car seat to fit any child of mine, who sit rear facing, forward facing, or in a booster. We currently have our 2.5 year old using it and she loves how comfortable the padding is. She has space to use the cup holder and snack holder without the seat taking up too much room. My favorite is the magnetic clip across the chest that allows for a smooth loading and unloading experience. I am so happy with this car seat and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it!
