Wand doesn't not work

Unfortunately, we were sent a product where the wand doesn't work. This means the doll cannot become "alive" and it's pretty much useless. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter and we threw out the packaging before realizing the wand doesn't work. I have contacted the manufacturer to see if anything can be done.

The name says it all…Disney Darlings

I am smitten. She is such a beautiful doll! Her eyes close when lying flat. When you sit her up right her beautiful big eyes open and it’s love at first sight. This doll will be a big hit she gorgeous!

Doll barely functions

Got this for my niece who is two. She loves the thing, but the doll just doesn't work half the time. The wand doesn't do what it is supposed to do unless you really hold it against the thing's face/forehead and move it around for ten seconds or so. The lullaby just won't trigger like 98% of the time, nomatter what you try. (and these are when I'm trying. They never ever work for the 2-year-old) The bottle feature works fine. Eyes open and close properly. The spot you can touch on the front to activate her works okay. Headband doesn't stay on if the doll is moved in the slightest bit. Doll's legs are adjustable, but its totally incapable of "sitting up" without being leaned up against something. For the price of this doll, I feel completely ripped off. Disney shold be ashamed of putting their branding on such a piece of junk.

I wish I could review this item but USPS tracking only states it is in transit and keeps moving the arrival date back each day. Their tracking tool does not show any location of this item. So, I am guessing it is lost in transit.
