Flimsy handle and takes a lot of hard presses to get the handle back into collapsed state from an extended state. Will be returning it.

Excellent carry on
The carry on is amazing! Sturdy 4 wheel, with built in lock and usb port. I love this DKNY carry on! The design is nice and has great number of pouches inside plus an extra clear zip on bag for make items. I recommend this item!
PRETTY IN PINK
I love this piece of luggage to look at but it's not worth the $$$. The hot pink is so so cute and the large DKNY logo is fashionable but the quality doesn't seem to match the fancy label. When I first opened this piece the zipper was sticking and hard to maneuver. I tried it a few more times and it didn't loosen at all. I also feel the suitcase itself seems flimsy. Not what I was expecting. Inside the suitcase there is one open side and the other side has 2 zip compartments. You would need to pack pretty light if you were using this size luggage. I think DKNY should stay out of the luggage industry.
Durable carry-on suitcase
I used this suitcase for a weekend flight that only required a carry-on suitcase. I was worried that all of my items would not fit, but everything fit perfectly. The suitcase is lightweight, durable, and the inside is roomy enough, so that you can efficiently organize your belongings. I would definitely recommend to others.
Nice Carry-On Luggage
The suitcase is a good size for a short overnight trip. We really liked the various compartments, and the hand hold on the bottom is perfect for picking up and putting in an overhead airplane bin. It would have been nice for it to be expandable and the pull handle seems a little wobbly when you extend it to its full height. Our biggest complaint was lack of instructions. It came locked and we had no idea how to unlock it. We googled it and found our answer and then unlocked it with no problem. DKNY should include those instructions on the attached information tag that comes with suitcase. Overall, we love the suitcase.
Smart & Sensible Purchase
The carry-on luggage incorporated a comfortable handle, which was easy to handle, and has the correct size dimensions for all airlines where there should not be an issue to fit into the carry on checker. It is light weight and extremely sturdy and held a lot of clothing or items for travel although appears small. The multidirectional spinner allowed for easy wheeling and wheel movement is seamless and allowed me to control the bag and navigate through the narrow airplane aisle and sturdy despite the weight with items in carry-on. Another benefit of the carry-on suitcase is there is a USB port for charging your phone or electronics on the go. The only issue is that it did not come with the battery pack or there was no information as to where to buy or possible the options of battery pack that is suitable for the this suitcase. The combination lock is an added plus but is there an option for the customer to have dissimilar universal codes instead of only one code. By having the option of dual universal codes it will allow the customer to lock suitcase when at a hotel. Thanks
