Never received still waiting for UPS to deliver

I cannot review the suitcase simply because UPS carrier or driver didn't feel like bringing the suitcase to my place. Instead, they sent it to a UPS store and emailed me to go pick it up. I had two phone calls from customer service and a promise to call back and no news yet. I was charged with something that I haven''t received yet. This is not what I expected from Macy's customer service. Just promises and request to wait on the phone after the phone call to take a survey and provide good reviews . I did my part and I am still waiting for my suitcase. Anyone from Macy can respond to my review, please? I really don't want to waste my time on the phone listening to sympathy and promises that never do me any good.

Great Purchase

Great purchase! They're durable, very demure, and spacious. I was able to fit 12 days of clothing and shoes in the duffel bag and medium 25 inch case together.

Spacious and durable suitcase

Great product, very durable. My husband and I both packed our things in this suitcase for a 4 day vacation and had plenty of space! Hard case so protects what is in the suitcase, as well!

This DKNY is gorgeous!! Not only is it stylish but has so much room for your clothes and then some. Has a middle compartment to put all your toiletries and makeup! Lightweight and easy to move around!
