Wrong necklace delivered

I spent a lot of time to find what I want and chose the above necklace. However, a wrong necklace was delivered. I talked to Macy's about this mistake, they didn't do much to correct their mistake except accepting a simple return. Not happy with what happened.

Looks Expensive

This necklace is beautiful. I had to wait awhile for it to be delivered, but it was worth it. The chain looks expensive and I'm sure I will get a lot of compliments on it.
