Lower quality- A big dissapointment

The quality of the back of the shoe where your heel rests is as stiff as the cardboard they put in it. The entry of your foot in the back is stiff and uncomfortable. A shame because I am still wearing the older pair I purchased over a year ago and when it wears out I will have to search for a different brand.
