Stay Away from this item
Do not buy this item! I am still waiting for the delivery since August 4th. Customer service does not even know where the package is. UPS states does not have the package. They made me place a second order allegedly cancelling the first one. Absolutely not true. I now have 2 identical items fully PAID both of them not arriving and I must wait. So please stay away from this item. You will not receive it! Or maybe you will during the winter who knows! b

Product ok but the wait is impossible
The kaftan is vey nice but it was a struggle to receive it. I had to place the order twice, buying 2 kaftans for an error made by the customer service. I received 1 kaftan and 1 white studded top tank from DKNY Jeans that I just returned via UPS. The problem is that even the customer service did not know what was happening with this item, where it was and how long would have taken to be processed and delivered. I keep the kaftan that is a gift and I am sending it paying extra because it arrived too late and could not take it with me earlier. I just returned the white studded top tank that they sent by mistake instead of sending the secodn kaftan!
