Too small

Bag is small and hard to reach in and out of at the top. I would recommend for someone not needing to go in and out of the handbag

Beautiful but not very comfortable

I like the color and the feel of the material. The purse is a bit tight though making it hard to insert or get stuff in and out of the it, especially the open zippers get in the way.

Lost merchandise

Would love to have the bag to review. Tracking showed that a label was made, but not at shipping company. I called Macy’s for help, but got told I would have to wait 16 days! I needed this before then. Very disappointed that Macy’s couldn’t help to interface more. Just told that it was direct from supplier. Very poor customer service. If some how this shows up (which I doubt it will), will gladly send back. Needed it before it will get here. Again, TERRIBLE customer service. Will not shop Macy’s anymore.

Just Right

I got this cute leather bag in Fawn (neutral) for travel. The leather is nice and thick, and I like the long, thick, wide strap - great for cross body wear. I adjusted the strap for my comfort, and like how the end tucks into the loop under the purse for a neat look. It’s just the right size for my credentials, passport, phone, keys and a small pouch for small items.

Excellent bag!

This bag is absolutely amazing! Probably the nicest one I’ve ever owned. It is made so well, very durable and versatile! It’s easy and comfortable to wear. It goes with just about everything and I can fit everything I need in it.

Beauty & Durable

Elegant crossbody bag

This Donna Karan bag is stylish and functional. The strap is adjustable and has a gorgeous gold buckle accent. It is long enough to be used as a crossbody bag. It came with a protective dust bag. The body of the bag is structured and has a zipper closure. The inside has two slip pockets and a small zippered pocket. It is the perfect size for every day, hands-free use, and also elegant enough to use for a night out.
