Beautiful coat - I love it !
Exactly what I was looking for and it fits perfectly. So pretty and stylish. I love it and I like the quality very much. The coat is heavy but that’s the only drawback. Love the material. I ordered online because you can’t find a coat this nice in the store. The coat is very long. I’m 5’5” but that’s ok with me. I already have a shorter coat. Those are easier to find.

I took a chance and decided to purchase after reading reviews especially that this full length coat was on sale. This Donna Karen coat did not disappoint. This coat which fits perfect is well made with some very fine details.

Poor Macy’s customer service
I picked this up at Macy’s Menlo Park. It was put in a transparent plastic bag like something out of the dry cleaners. I asked the guy to please change the bag to a Macy’s bag to at least make it look presentable since it was not properly packed, he refused saying I should go to the men’s section and ask for one myself. As if that was not enough, the transparent plastic bag smelled of food. The customer service lady at the men’s section also confirmed the transparent plastic bag had a smell. Between the person who put the coat in the bag and the guy who brought it out from customer service, one of them must have finished eating without properly washing their hands before handling their jobs. This is disgraceful of Macy’s and very unprofessional. The guy at the customer service was very unprofessional with an attitude like he didn’t want to be there. This review has nothing to do with the coat.
