Damaged & Unreturnable

Normally my items come in their own packaging inside of the Macys packaging. Regrettably, that was not the case for this dress and subsequently it arrived with snags and runs in the fabric and cannot be returned. It may be time to return to in-store shopping which is so inconvenient but at lest you can inspect before you buy.
