Awkward cut

Not flattering on this mom(for reference waist 27”) , awkward waist with thick belt looks like a bathrobe. Not the look I’m going for.

poor quality

Coat was very wrinkled when I received it. Some pilling upon receipt. Zipper very hard to use, both zipping up and down. Gets stuck. Not worth the price.

Sent used

This item and service deserve no stars… purchased this coat based on the composition but the description is NOT correct: it is NOT wool/cashmere. The actual material is wool/polyester and about 6% cashmere so, not worth $$$. What is most upsetting and GROSS is that the coat sent was well worn: dirty fabric with fingerprints, other crusty stains and stretched out elbows. Macy’s, where is your quality control of shipments? Do you care about your brand? I am most certainly not looking for a coat with Macy’s anymore.

Clearly used & Runs Small

I waited a month for this coat to ship because it was on back order. When it arrived, it reeked of cigarettes and had clearly been worn. Aside from that, it runs small. I ordered a large and it barely looked like a medium.
