Quality black shell

Purchased this top to wear under a jacket. It runs true to size. The quality is very nice. There is a piece of material that runs along the bottom of the top. The extra material makes the top stay in place.

Not Typical Donna Karan Quality

Where do I even start? This purchase was soooo disappointing. It was made of a blouse-type fabric and had this weird tape-like material on the inside edge. The fit was weird. Not at all the typical Donna Karan quality. I returned it as soon as possible.
