Horrible Design

Cannot clean or change bulb. Horrible design.

Nice pendants!

These look more expensive than they are. Took a point off because they are hard to install. The trick to removing the glass to change the bulb is to unscrew the part shown in the photo. To screw it back on you will need to hold the fixture on its side 90 degrees. You will need 2 people; one to hold the glass and the other to screw and unscrew.

Beautiful but challenging

Good looking pendants BUT very difficult to install I am glad my husband is an electrician and it wasn't easy for him he did the right way no short cuts, the instructions were not correct I bought 3 pendants and 3 screws were missing not surprise, made in CHINA I see changing of the bulbs will be extremely difficult or impossible for the elderly to accomplish, besides all of this they look great.

Design Flaw

We have not been able to find a bulb short enough to fit in this globe. The construction makes it almost impossible to replace a bulb if it burns out. This will not be a problem if we can’t find a bulb.
