Back clasp is faulty

I read they had fallen off- took a chance and bought.. wore 1 earrings while getting dressed, as normal.. the earring flew right off.. considered putting a round back on it-altho- that stuff clasp would be in the way.. this is $$$$$ jewelry, cannot believe they use this awful clasp and see the reviews.. all their earrings have them.. Macy’s needs to drop this product. EFFEY— W.T.HECK? See your stuff on cruise ships too.. fix the problem.
