nice ear rings but fall off

I wore these ear rings one time. Bybthe end of the e eu I g one of them fell off. I wrote an email to the company months ago to see if I could purchase just 1. I have yet to hear a word back from them. i h have had issues with the matching ring. getting any help or response from them is basically nonexistent. I will rebut the ear rings, but I am not investing in any of their other jewelry.

these earrings are beautiful but they fall off. not very secure. I send them to Effy for repair and they send them back the same way. very disappointed
