Do not buy this bracelet!!

I bought this bracelet for my granddaughter & it broke after only a month. I had it repaired and the jeweler could not fix it good because the links are hollow and very thin so it kept melting. It has since broken again. It was expensive and not worth the money

Poor quality

I bought the bracelet for my wife. I just learned that the bracelet only had a 1 month warranty. The bracelet is very light in weight. It almost seems hollow. The item is unraveling and falling apart. I buy alot from Macy's but this item is really bad quality and a poor offering to customers. The one month return timeline is also a bad service.

Do not buy poor quality

I purchased this from Macys and it broke right away waisted my money will not buy Jewelry from them anymore.

Poor quality Poor service

After just a few weeks of wearing, the links broke and since it’s beyond return time it’s on me to repair. Went to Macys to send to their jeweler but system was down for checking it in! Kinda a pricey bracelet for crappy durability. I would NOT recommend this bracelet!

Broken Bracelet

The date of my purchase was April 6, 2025. The bracelet was lovely and I enjoyed wearing it. Now and then it caught on my clothes but I did not pay it much attention, but today, June 25, 2025, I looked down when I was on my phone and one of the chain sequences in the bracelet was gaping open. I tried to take it off and the bracelet broke in half. The bracelet it not even three months old!
