Useless pillow

I'd prefer to give this no stars. This pillow is so soft as to be useless. It is inaccurate to label it "medium density." Your head just sinks through to touch the mattress with no support whatsoever, even with another firmer pillow under or above it. Do not buy. (Unfortunately, I didn't make the return window in time so I'm stuck with 2 of these substandard pillows.)
